Jeffrey Toobin, lawyer, legal analyst and writer for The New Yorker, calls Obamacare law a “trainwreck for the Obama administration.” A bullet train wreck, we hope! “This law looks like it’s going to be struck down. I’m telling you, all of the predictions, including mine, that the justices would not have a problem with this law were wrong,” Toobin said Tuesday on CNN. “I think this law is in grave, grave trouble.” Sounds like someone had a bad hair day.

I didn't think it possible for a lefty but I do believe Toobin actually had an epiphany. Either that or a fleeting moment of reality! Either way, it had to be followed by a Vallium.
How can you defend the indefensible? What did Verelli do to deserve being the lawyer for this thing? Can Congress create commerce? Yes if the country is socialistic which is the goal of these people to begin with.
If Obamacare gets shot down {which I pray for} the Malignant Narcissist-in-Chief will go berserk. He will seek vengeance on everyone that he perceives to have hindered him in his desire. First I believe it will be behind close doors, later in the open. Either losing the election will unleash his wrath in his last few months or make us pay if re-elected. The pardons will be the least of our worries {imagine him freeing Mumia Abu-Jamal} he will try to bring down the U.S. post-haste.
May the Lord protect us as I don't believe that the Congress has the intestinal fortitude to.
Really, whereinell are they going to get the votes. Ruth Bussy Ginsberg, Sotomeyer, Hottie Kagan, and San Fran Kook Breyer are all hard core socialists. All they need is one of the others to get a call from the Kremlin on the Potomac, and they will all likely get the call.

What worries me about this report is Toobin does'nt have a great track record. But I do hope that his nose is on the right scent, which in this case, it is.
I'm hopeful that this unwanted and unconstitutional law, which has been foisted upon the American people by monstrous statist and marxist international forces, will stick in their craws as WE THE PEOPLE successfully shove it, full force, back up their lily-white progressive asses and down their lying progressive throats. Then, perhaps, we can 'compel' them to gargle with the bitter and septic elixir of 'class envy' they're so fond of despising!
