Interesting that this gets pointed out in an article dated 6/6/2015... six and a half years into King Obama's reign of error which leads me to ask, "WHAT rule of law?" That ship sailed around the time that the House had to pass Obamacare so that we could find out what's in it... we've found out a lot more than we'd like to have and the so-called "legal expert" is a little late to the forking party.
