It's a guy that thinks she's hot. He was searching for photos of her, and found the one at the top of the page here. Then he had someone read our postings to him, and got upset. He's in his jammies drinking hot chocolate right now.

Funny thing, Rolling Stone is retracting its story about the gang rape at UVA's Phi Kappa Psi house. I truly wonder how many campus rapes actually occur. Not saying it doesn't happen but the cases that get media attention tend to fall apart under scrutiny.
One of my son's fraternity brothers faced a similar situation. His life could have been ruined but the girl recanted her story.
The sad thing is this kind of BS demeans women who really WERE raped. It confuses the situationand makes every rape story suspect. Nice job asses!

What is important is that the accusation of rape is not allowed to be its own proof and sacro-saint tactic to smear and defame.

But if he is the Barry, that won't work. Thing is, he could be the Barry and not be a rapist. Wait, I'll go further and say even if Barry exists, it was not rape. If you read her story, it's very unclear what made this encounter rape in her mind. They drank, they got high, they went back to her place, they had sex, and then she discovered his condom had come off. She said put it back on. He did. Then she discovers it's off again. WTF? I don't even know how this happens, but that's why she calls it rape, because he took the condom off without telling her. And again, I don't know how that even happens. For a condom to come off during sex, he must have found her very unexciting... or he was so drunk he couldn't perform... or... nope, I don't get it, whatever was going on with the condom, that's not rape.
If she is able to give directives to put the condom back on instead of telling him to leave her alone... not sure how this was rape either...
Final indictment of what sounds like a fairly pathetic attempt at sex: she says neither one of them had an orgasm. But she was so sore afterward she had to soak in a bathtub. Again, WTF is going on here? Was this some kind of Vulcan sex ritual because it doesn't sound like normal sex. Condoms coming off, nobody enjoying it, soreness, and then two days later she tells a friend about it and the friend says, "You were raped." Until that moment she didn't know she was raped, she claims.
So... NOT enjoying the sex means she was raped? :-/
That is a very strange definition of rape. It is a back hand to women who were actually raped.
IF this happened, she was angry that he did not acknowledge her after. She wasn't raped she just tried and it didn't work out and then he ignored her and then a stupid friend chimed in. However I have doubts that it did happen at all.
In other words, if you have to consult with your feminist pals the next day to find out it was rape, it wasn't rape. She never claims that she said no at any time.
