• My thoughts exactly.

• The Holy Grail of the political objectives of the left is to flip Texas. This indictment is part of that effort. I don't believe it is any more than that and it will probably go away.

• As a former DWI prosecutor, I would challenge the veracity of any DA who states they only has a few glasses of wine, denies she is drunk (obviously drunk and aggressive) and finally blows a 2.3 (.08 is legally intoxicated) almost 3 times the legal limit. See video:
