Liberian child comes to Delaware hospital with Ebola symptoms

Liberian child comes to Delaware hospital with Ebola symptoms. Hospital calls CDC and CDC declines to test for Ebola. WTF!?

  • The problem is they feel secure in their privileged lives. Hence my "modest proposal". Forcing politicians to live under the same danger they forced upon the public greatly reduced the number of wars in the post-WWII era. No longer could they sit above the disaster they created, but were forced to participate in it, and IMO, that is the sole reason we didn't have another world war in the late 1960's.

I figure it usually took about 25 years for the public to stop paying attention and for the political class to generate the profit-making exercise that industrialized war represents to the politically connected. If you believe that the broken window theory contributes to the financial welfare of the glaziers, how much more does a broken nation contribute to the rebuilders of society wrecked by war they themselves started?

  • But we have the director of the CDC telling anyone naive enough to believe his lies that they are fully prepared and are doing everything to ensure that all is well.

  • Liberian with Ebola Sneaks into White House Past Drunken Secret Service Agents

    by Patrick Finnegan

In the last two weeks, we had an African with ebola board a commercial airliner and fly right into Dallas, and apparently nobody in Congress thought this was a bad idea.

Just to prove the incompetence goes double for the White House, a crazed individual proclaiming that the "atmosphere was collapsing" charged into the White House, which apparently needs a lock on the front door or at least a guard able to stop a lunatic.

Well, based on these recent events, I predict that an ebola-infected individual named Ngumbo Clk Clk Mtumbe from Liberia will scale the White House fence and go charging across the White House lawn with a machete in one hand (and possibly in the other hand the severed head of a co-worker, who was the recipient of "work place violence").

Mtumbe will be chanting "Death to the Infidels" as he runs across the yard as a sign of his support for Diversity and his love for America.

Mtumbe will then push aside the 98 pound lesbian Secret Service agent stationed at the front door, and he will run five laps around the inside of the White House before tripping over the passed out drunken body of a Secret Service Agent and fracturing his head on Obama's desk. The agent will later get a commendation from the president for stopping him.

Mtumbe will then be taken to a nearby hospital where he will infect the entire staff with ebola as he spreads the virus over 1,000 pages of ObamaCare forms that he had to fill out.

At the end of the day, America will learn absolutely nothing because the mainstream media doesn't want us to learn anything about illegal immigration, protecting America from Third World plagues or anything else that may prove beneficial for America.

  • Yep. Anthony Fuacci sure schooled Chris Wallace yesterday. PUH-lease. I didn't buy a thing the NIAID guy was selling. Everything he said couldn't happen (Liberian coming across the border illegally) is happening, and everything he says is (thorough screening at other end) isn't. I have NO idea confidence in the CDC to handle this. Congress and the airlines need to act and cut off travel to those countries.

    • The "screening" amounts to asking Liberians, "Have you been exposed to Ebola?" The Dallas patient simply answered no and got on the airplane, even though he was feeling ill and had carried an Ebola patient into a hospital.

      • Yeah. Congress and the airlines can't stop viruses, climate change, terrorism, or New Year's hangovers. We all live in a global trailer park now.

        • I would feel safer in a trailer park. Those people are at least suspicious of strangers! We live in a hippie commune, where the motto is "Come one, come all".

      • Thank you. Exactly my point. It's a joke. The whole agency has turned into a joke. As has the entire government.

  • Maybe hospital bureaucrats are afraid the test is not covered by Obamacare because of some hidden clause prohibiting profiling. It's more likely, however, that they are merely stupid.

  • This is good news. The only way the government will shut down travel from the Ebola hot spots is when deep Blue states are affected.

Meanwhile, just wait until cases get confirmed in MX and we have a million storm the border at once, tens of thousands of them sick.

  • It costs $244 to test for Ebola - the bureaucrats are trying to save money, plain and simple. Someone needs to tell the CDC that $244 is burned up in five minutes of flying Obama to his weekend golf outing.
