To what I said about the FBI being liars below: many people may not know this, but the FBI is probably the last police organization on Planet Earth that does not record interviews, confessions, and interrogations. Recording these things is against FBI rules. Instead, two agents take handwritten notes and type up a summary of what was said later. The summary document is called a 302 form. This is what is used in court. They can say anything they want on that form and the hope is, when it comes time to go to court, that the judge or jury will believe the two FBI agents rather than the defendant. The only reasonable purpose for doing things this way is to give the FBI agents a chance to lie. There is no other defensible excuse. In other words, THE FBI HAS LYING BUILT RIGHT IN TO ITS MODE OF OPERATIONS.
The upshot is, never say a word to an FBI agent. Never. They can easily lie on their 302 form. (Even if you say nothing, they can say you did on that 302 form so staying quiet doesn't solve all your problems.) No matter what the situation, remember: they have a goal, usually political, and they will lie through their teeth on that 302 form because that's the institutional practice of the FBI. Don't take my word for it, there are numerous judges on the record complaining about the lack of integrity involved in this system. There is a federal prosecutor who lost his job because he tried to force FBI agents in his territory to record interviews. The FBI complained and he was fired.

Notice how the FBI director came out and said that "Trump is hurting our feelings" right after this came out? Another deep state Asswhipe who needs to be pushed out of a moving car at about 100 miles an hour on a busy freeway.
Seriously, he said that? I don't know how anybody can have even the tiniest bit of respect for the FBI at this point. I haven't had for some time, but now... who can defend them anymore? How many times can an organization get caught lying before their respectability is gone forever?
