The good news is that lumber availability in the rest of the country wwill go up, and the price will go down.
Good for me, bad for Cali. I also expect there to be quite a bit of lumber being sold in Nevada and Oregon.

We already pay the highest income taxes in the nation, Highest vehicle registration fees thank to the air nazi's aka the Kalifornia Air Resources Board (CARB), sales tax out of sight, gas tax to the max, sewer tax, special lighting district taxes, park fees, toll roads, Now Governor Moonbean, our very own retread space cadet wants to have us vote to raise taxes cause Kalifornia is broke again for the 5th year in a row....These Stupid pricks just can't even begin to fathom the idea of cutting expenses, we got to support every clueless bastard that shows up at our doorstep with welfare benefits that are more than some people in other states make in a year when the actually work! 10 BILLION A YEAR in health care of illegal aliens! they also get a college education at a DISCOUNT! Did you know that if you live within the influence of Lake Tahoe you CAN NOT rake up pine needles that fall in your yard because that destroys the environment? Now we tax lumber, but Kalifornia does not allow to harvest most of it because of tree huggers. Most the lumber we get is IMPORTED from Washington, Oregon and even Idaho and Montana. We got a shitload of oil but the environmental Nazi's won't let anyone drill for it. Add bad roads, crime, criminals getting out of jail early and its a wonder this place hasn't collapsed into a giant heap of stinking crap by now....Lumber tax my ass...Looks like I go to Reno Nevada to buy lumber from now on.
