High energy objects? Can't they just admit it was shot down with a missile?
Why is there a need to cover up this? It's not like King Barky will do anything about it, and the Commies that run the UN will never sanction Russia, especially when they're on the Security Council and have veto power.
This is a big joke.
The NY Times has already acknowledged that there were Ukrainian fighter jets "in the vicinity" of the airliner, a tactic they have been known to use as cover against surface-to-air missiles. That would explain the order that was reportedly (according to the Spanish air traffic controller, who was quickly hustled out of Kiev), given to the airliner to descend from 35000' to 30000' - fighter jets can't fly at 35000 feet.
What is interesting is that in this latest report, they say that there were no other planes in the area.
I've read that according to Malaysian investigators, the high-energy objects that came from outside the plane were a whole lot of machine gun bullets aimed at the cockpit, and that the damage was consistent with an air-to-air missile (heat-seeking, as opposed to ground-to-air, which is meant to exlode near the target - also causing "high-energy object" damage)
