Time to start being proactive instead of reactive.

I have difficulty with sleep. I can't sleep for more than 4 hours in my bed, and actually sleep better in my recliner. I end up napping for a couple of hours, wake up and play with the computer, then nod off again.
It's a comfort/pain thing, I am in a lot of pain, and it's been raining here for 2 days now. For some reason, I can get more comfortable in my recliner.
