MAN ARRESTED FOR KILLING SAN FRANCISCO WOMAN IS AN ILLEGAL WHO HAD BEEN DEPORTED FIVE TIMES. Here’s how good Obama’s catch and release program is working. In addition to being deported 5 times:
- SF had him in custody but failed to notify Immigration and Customs Enforcement when he was released even though ICE had an immigration detainer on him at that time requesting notification prior to release so ICE could take custody. The detainer was not honored by SFPD
- ICE records show he has been previously deported five times, most recently in 2009
- Per ICE his criminal history includes seven prior felony convictions, four of them narcotics charges
To further clarify the situation:
- San Francisco is a sanctuary city, meaning like in this situation, they won’t do a damn thing
- San Francisco’s, California’s and the Fed’s gun laws are useless toilet paper because as in the success we’ve had with the war on drugs, criminals who obey laws are as scares as unicorn farts. This guy was a felon prohibited from possessing/owning firearms, was carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, his gun was not locked up per SF ordinance
- We don’t have all the information but in addition he most likely purchased the gun illegally (no background checks on the street), probably have had a high capacity magazine (illegal in CA), may have had hollow-point bullets (in violation of SF ordinance), running around SF he probably was carrying within 1,000 feet of a school (illegal per CA law).
- Finally he murdered a 32 year old young woman who would still be alive today except for stupid liberals.

This kind of story used to be called an international incident. Now it just sends the lefties a scurrying to spin the incident in favor of the offender.
I feel sorry for the womans family but I have no sympathy for Kalifornians, they brought it on themselves. Does that make any kind of sense? I don't know.
Anyway, I know there are a ton of good people living in the Golden State so why is their political situation so screwed up? Check out the newspapers in their three largest cities, San Diego, LA and San Franfreakshow, and you see the same thing every day, an illegal alien has committed some kind of crime. The largest city in my state, Albuquerque, has a population of about 500,000, much less than the Kalifornia cities, and we hear the same crap on the news, an illegal commits a crime. And nobody gives a crap, nothing ever changes, the victims are shit out of luck.
Our federal gooberment refuses to admit there is a problem with illegal immigration, our state gooberments refuse to admit we border states have a problem with illegal immigration, what is the damn problem? Why won't any elected official from the local level all the way up to Washingtoon admit illegal immigration is a problem? Is every damn one of them from the local level on up taking bribes from the Mexican government or the drug cartels? Nothing else makes any sense to me.
I don't think it's taking bribes, I am betting that there are photos of them doing drugs, and they'll let the cartels get away with whatever keeps the facts out of the news.

A couple were recently found dead in Fields from here to the coast. Mexican Mafia at work. In one of our bedroom communities, A COP was involved the the MM and was shot to death. And many criminals escape to.Mexico after their crimes. Mexico won't give them back because we have the death penalty

BTW, gun laws are only for the law abiding. Which means it is soon coming to the point where everyone is either unarmed or breaking the law. I would opt for breaking the law.
