That happened a long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, not relevant.
All of the movies listed are earth based, introduce an advanced technology or an astounding advancement of a pre-existing technology and have an apocalyptic theme with the main character having his/her 'Eureka' or 'Heuristic' moment of clarity. (except; 1. Judge Dread - represents a change in governance, to a Totalitarian Judicial State with instant justice, on the spot - accusation, trial, sentencing and usually execution. 2. Mad Max - that represents a reset).
As a prequel to the list add 'The Wall'.
Also, the first movie should be '1984' not Skynet w/o terminators and, of course Skynet w/terminators should be, just 'Terminator'.
Don't drones use fossil fueled engines which add to global warming? Just askin'.

Let's see. The military on one hand is cutting bases right and left, yet they're adding all this. Oxymoron time?
