Even if this amendment did allow for the anchor babies, the constitution is a living document, right democrats? Nothing is absolute. It needs constant reinterpretation. It needs modernized Right democrats?? if Trump or some other president decides this is obsolete, it is OK to reverse it, RIGHT DEMOCRATS???
It's only "living" when they need to twist it into a mockery of its original intent, so not so much.
You and I of the same mind, for that is what I was thinking. Since Progressives LOVE to say that the Constitution is a living document, then that should apply here too...

The left twist and turns the US Constitution and all its amendments to meet what ever they wish for it to say in order to meet their agenda. Levin is correct as is Trump.
What, we should assume that all progressives are non citizens, as a result of their treason and sedition and we should actively pursue policies to deport them, even if they were born here and their ancestors came here on the Mayflower? I can get down with that!!!!
President Dwight Eisenhower set the case law precedent by deporting over 3 million illegals in the 50's.
