I know, as a Christian, I should never wish another soul to go to Hell, but I am of the belief that many souls are destined for Hell because of their own desires, lusts and personal godlessness. God does not send a soul to Hell, rather, the individual soul would prefer Hell to Heaven because it has never developed a relationship with God and his very presence it despises. It would prefer the pains of Hell because its hatred of God is so great! Those of us who love God sense this hatred for God because it is palpable, sort of like stepping in dog shit; you'll know it because you can feel it and smell it, at the same time!

Yes Red, God IS the Judge, but in his infinite mercy, he allows those souls, who would otherwise be eternally miserable in Heaven, to go someplace they would rather be! Believe it is not, God did not create Hell, Satan and his merry band of fallen angels did. They wanted no part of Heaven and Heaven wanted no part of them, so they were driven from Heaven and condemned to eternal loss. They built there own crib to be a mockery and evil opposite of Heaven. There is no charity, nor love in Hell, except that which destroys, or enslaves and I want no part of that...ever! So God does not send souls to Hell, he evicts (prevents) them from ever entering Heaven...there is only one other place they can go and Satan eagerly awaits the fallen, unrepentant soul. May we be blessed with the grace sufficient enough to merit our eternal reward in Heaven...very little we can do on our own will merit it.
Ok, in the 1st place God is the only creator. Lucifer didn't create hell, Lucifer does not but steal, kill, and destroy. .
2nd it (hell) was prepared (made ready for use) for the devil and his angels.
3rd It is by condemnation (judgment by God) that the evil is punished.

I am going to be real: I am actually shocked that it took "them" this long to do something against Arpaio...
They probably wanted to wait until there was enough "evidence" to convict Arpaio and have him removed form office and jailed.
