Matt Lauer To Palin: “Are You Reading Some Newspapers?” Someone should remind Matt Lauer that this is the 21st century and the well informed person doesn’t have time to wait around for the printing presses to catch up with the rest of the world. In fact just about the only thing a newspaper is good for these days is as the final resting place for whatever it is that awful hairpiece of his is crapping out at the moment.

I saw other clips of this show this morning and I have to say that Matt Lauer hates strong women who would have never slept with him when he was growing up because he was scum (as he is now). He disgusts me greatly and I still do not think it was a good idea for Palin to have done this. Why is it ok to humiliate conservative women? I just dont know...
Why didn't he just ask her if she brushes her teeth, and has clean underwear on? ...Looks like Matt is trying to bring back the Palin attack team so they can make fun of her during the campaign and try to nullify her endorsement. I am sure Leno/Letterman/Maher/Matthews/Madcow/ Sgt. Schultz and Fat Albert will be all over this and soon.

I've never been a huge fan of Palin, but Good God, the amount of hatred this woman has faced is ridiculous. I feel for her. Not as one conservative to another, but as one decent human being to another.
Imagine Lauer asking Mrs. Obama: Are you more proud of your country now?
Imagine Lauer asking the President: Will you be campaigning in all 57 states this Fall?
Back in 2008, I was so annoyed by the accepted, misogynist bias of Matt Lauer against Mrs Palin that I produced a rude, uncivil little ditty, “Matt Lauer”, which (in the tradition of classical invective) is very, very rude indeed—it has most of the naughty words, and then some, which Geo. Carlin said you can’t say on television.
Because unlike Mr. Lauer, She's not reading tea leaves.
