Apparently much of what we do here in the states is viewed as odd by other cultures. Maybe that's why they are all busting their humps to move here and experience a little of the "oddities."

I may be wrong and will gladly accept correction, but I believe Mormons actually do believe that both Declaration and Constitution are divinely inspired in the same way that Scripture is.
