And the vast majority of the sludge is coming directly from Washington DC.
Environmental Poison Agency.
Sludge Good, Coal Bad.
Solar Good, Gasoline bad.
Conservatives bad, Government good.

Only 2005? I'm surprised at that timeframe. I suspect it's much further back, but the data is probably hidden on Hillary's server.

We can call the EPA the "More gov't control, this time using the environment as the excuse" agency.
Because that is what it's all about, as are all the rest of them - control and expropriating money. They will use "public service" as an excuse, and occasionally be forced to actually perform some. But it will be the absolute minimum necessary to keep the "masses" at bay.
Indeed it is about control... almost as though somewhere along the line someone made a bet of just how far down the path to tyranny they can get with the people subjected to it still believing they have freedom.
