Missing E-Mail is the least of the IRS’s problems. “In 2014, every government agency should be storing every e-mail that goes in or out in an easily accessible format. That they weren’t bothering suggests that the IRS does not expect to deliver the kind of accountability that it routinely demands of taxpayers. Abolish the IRS.
Throw the book at Lerner and other abusive agents. They conspired to deny first amendment rights to certain groups and individuals based solely on their perfectly legal (so far) political stance.
Compared to these banana republic actions, scandals, subversion, treason, and outright murder, Nixon was an altar boy. The whole administration needs to be brought down and made to answer for its crimes.
It won't happen unless we have a 2/3 majority in the Senate. Short of that, Obama continues to do whatever he wants, regardless of the legality.

Yes he does. Removing the President is a political action not a legal one. The case simply has to be properly made. Easier said than done but doable. McCarthy uses the analogy of a corporate board removing a CEO. The CEO doesn't generally go to prison, he simply is removed from his office for specific reasons.
We would still need a Republican majority, if for no other reason than to defang Harry Reid.
