One of Rand Paul's less well thought out ideas.
He and Kamala Harris should have to personally supervise those released, in their own homes.
I'd go for this idea - but only if the victims of crimes committed by accused persons released without bail would be allowed to sue Senators Harris and Paul for damages.
Yea this is one of the dumber ideas to come along lately. Soros Sponsored goons are running with this across the country because more criminals on the street mean more democrat voters and more rioters for the next perceived injustice...
