MSNBC host hangs up on conservative to avoid answering question. Karen Finney, host of the weekend show Disrupt, was desperate to hide the extent of her own ignorance. Hugh Hewitt was asking her if Alger Hiss was a communist. (He was. Secret archives released after the fall of the Soviet Union settled the matter, proving once and for all that Joe McCarthy was right.) She refused to answer and was probably thinking to herself, “Alger who?”

Is it just me or could we change the name and a transcript of the "responses" in that article would almost overlap some of the justifications made on a few threads here almost verbatim? She probably doesn't know what a Communist is but she can sure define the Communist Manifesto. It's aggravating as hell to ask kids nowadays if they think it's okay for the government to take stuff from some people and give it to others and they're alright with that, yet they couldn't give you a definition of Capitalism or Socialism...they just know that Capitalism is bad and they're not sure what that other thing is.
Hey Karen Finney, how many people did Joe McCarthy put in jail for making a youtube video he didn't like? Or, more truthfully, to provide political cover for being asleep at the wheel while Americans were dying overseas.
