Let’s do a thought experiment: if everybody has that right at all times, then there is no need to go to work to get money to buy them, correct? So if everybody decides to take that route, who will provide the health care, housing and food for all of us who have the right to them? (a) The Chinese (b) the European Union (c) shut up (d) we will reinstate the draft and have the military do it. Rights!

Ms. Harris-Perry makes it clear: If I have a "right" to health care, education, decent housing and quality food, then you have the obligation to provide them to me. Get it? I have rights, you have obligations. Be sure to work hard, sacrifice and save so I can fully enjoy my rights.
One doesn't pay for rights. Anything the government gives you it can take away. Our fundamental rights are natural rights. Inalienable.
Look at what our "leadership" is voting on today. They are trying to amend the 2d Amendment on an up or down vote basis. Illegal. Illegal. Illegal. No one seems to care. Do I sound frustrated today? I am.

These people need to be identified and their power nullified and defeated.

These things she says people have a right to are things provided by others. So these people with these rights are entitled to benefit from the labor of others. And if those others providing the rights refuse, how will Ms. Perry force the provision of these rights?

You know, this morning I was thinking about these alleged "rights" and then about the various Hurricane Sandy victims in NYC who are still without after all these months. So if they have the "right" to all this stuff "at all times", it sounds like their rights were violated. Gubbermint can't even guarantee these "rights" in a small area over a limited period of time. One has to be seriously stupid to pretend that we ALL are entitled to these things ALWAYS. It's the leftist unicorn fart fantasy on steroids.
When food and healthcare are rights-the government will violate the "rights" of one, to honor the rights of another-just like they do with affirmative action, and other bogus laws that make protected classes out of perfectly healthy and capable persons.
