Only 17? Considering the overwhelming number of governorships and state legislatures under republican control this number should be up in the 30s.
They haven't all started their terms yet.
Point taken and too busy to check current status.
States need to take the power back since we have a spineless congress.
It's a positive sign that states are pushing back. The RINOs (pussies) in DC won't do it. The excuse from their staff border on the line of insanity and or contempt for " We the People".
Wonder how many years this will take and how many Obama appointed judges will throw it out only to get overturned and sent to another one...

Yes, it's a nice start, and maybe, if successful, it will encourage the people to actually fight back on other fronts. We can only hope. I don't want to be standing there alone, when the time for revolt comes.
