He burnt down on of Quagmire's favorite places, I say give the guy an all expenses paid trip to Chicago, and let him work his magic.
Would this fall under someone looking to do or create mischief? Tomorrow’s presser should be a real hoot. Listening to the carnival attempt to spin this one into something positive and making quagmire look good.

"Muhammed al Goathumper, an Islamic patriot accidentally started a fire at a Chicago club frequented by democrat males for recreation. Al Goathumper was enraged by a Fox News report that stated pork prices declined for the second straight week. Senator Harry Reid (C, Nev) stated that an un-named someone told him that George Bush was actually responsible for al Goathumpers actions. Charges against al Goathumper were dismissed, but there is going to be a senate inquiry against Fox News and Bush. Formal charges against them will most likely be forthcoming.
Irony meter hits ten and sticks......Best punishment for this guy? Spend the rest of his life as the janitor in a San Francisco Bath House....
Or, force him to cook, serve, and eat bacon and pulled pork sandwiches.
