How can he sue when he is no longer a US resident? Being in a moooslum country should automatically get the law suit tossed.
Award him the $15 million, and charge him $25 million for shipping and handling.
That sounds like something that happened to me when I was getting my oil changed & radiator flushed. They offered to take $27 off the bill if I gave $10 to the children's miracle network. Which meant a $17 savings, & to quote Gilbert Godfrey in 1 of the "Beverly Hills Cop" movies, "...Let go of my arm."

If a non-muslim would have brought something to school that looked EXACTLY like a homemade bomb, that kid would have been expelled and his/her parents likely charged with some sort of crime. The media-pukes and whitehouse-puke would have lauded the school administration for the vigilance. If there would be such a thing as an ethical judge, he/she should throw this suit into the shitcan, and fine the lawyer-puke for contempt of court.
