Muslims spent most of their history depicting Mohammed’s face in art. Then, a few centuries ago, someone decided it was prohibited and now we have crazy inbred ignoramuses shooting up French satirical magazines for 72 virgins.

    • I wish every newspaper in the western world would publish cartoon pictures of Mohammed on the same day. Seems to me that would settle the issue once and for all.

  • OK, admittedly, the Crusades didn't go far enough. I'm sure we can all agree on that. Isn't it time we gather up al the worshippers of the goat fu**er, and nuke them?

    • Anyone with a brain agrees with this. Anyone with a brain agrees that Jefferson and others did not go far enough. Everyone with a brain agrees that the Europeans should have destroyed all the retreating Islamic forces when they were stopped at the gates of Vienna. Everyone with a brain also agrees that every single time we had a chance to destroy Islam, we (humanity) should have destroyed Islam. However, perhaps it wasn't meant to be for whatever reason and now it is too late because there are way too many of them and many are culturally so and they are slaves and innocent. So... in the meantime we need to take the fight to them, be prepared here at home, I advocate getting them out of Europe and the Americas if they are not willing to assimilate culturally (they don't have to give up being religious but if they are into the middle ages and destroying everyone else they need to get the hell out).

        • I don't give a crap what western society frowns upon. They aren't going to protect me when some lunatic pedo worshiper decides to try and behead me. Therefore, genocide is on the table.

          • I don't know when the world will end, or Armaggedon will come, etc. Regardless, we need to protect ourselves from the forces of Satan in the world. These murderers fall into that category. They are worsevthan Hitler. Thexwant to kill pretty much EVERYONE regardless of color, creed, nationality, color of skin, political belief, sexual.choice, EVERYONE. THAT is pure evil

        • I would personally see things the way G-d handled things. When he told the Jews to destroy the people of the land, He did make exemptions in some cases though, I believe virgins were spared and children under a certain age (and they didn't completely obey and that is one of the many reasons we have the problems we have now).

          I also understand (as an example) that some scholars believe that the Jews not getting rid of a certain group, that allowed for the gene pool to escape leading to Hamman (sp?) that almost was successful in annihilating the Jews during their sojourn in Persia (Esther). Sooooo it is important to get rid of the freaks, with perhaps exemptions as mandated by G-d in ancient times. ???

          There are people that are cultural slaves to Islam that are in wait and see mode because of cowardice or whatever reason but would never actively support terrorism... I say that they should be shamed by their wait and see stance but spared (?), virgins and children sounds good to me given them a chance to marry and be adopted by people who aren't freaks. The handicapped and the elderly but they cannot be in charge of children in order to prevent further indoctrination. I am all about being humane, but let's be real a LOT of Islamists HAVE to die in order for the REST of the world to be safe. This is of course assuming that conversion is not an option.

          Whenever I've had enough in a rare conversation about this ( in learned company of course) I always say, "These people want to kill you, what part of that don't you understand?"

          • Exactly. Their only desire is to make us dead, and they're OK with losing their own life in the process. At that point, it is down to the old "kill or be killed".

            The best part about having the war in Iraq was that most of them self-identified as the ones to kill. Now that Emperor Zero "ended" that, it's back to having them live among us. I knew this day was coming, and it'll only get worse until we get a president with the stones to deal with it as what it is.

        • Yes I have come to believe this since the moment Glenn Beck explained it after ImANutJob former Iranian President went on the UN and pray for the mahdi to show up. At that point I understood that all in all we should NOT be surprised if he ends up being the antichrist...

          We need to be on the lookout for a man of such power and charisma that for some WEIRD reason Muslims WILL stop their activities for at least three years. Why would they do that? Because the man is the antichrist/the mahdi.

          All we have to do is just be on the alert and recognize the bitch when he shows up.

        • Personally I think that they will end up destroying themselves and it will be due to Jesus' actions. If anything I see Him being the ultimate Destroyer of Islam and all things and people related to it.

          With THAT said, it hurts nothing nor anyone and indeed it does help that we should do what we can to destroy Islam, just being realistic that we ourselves may not necessarily destroy all of Islam, HOWEVER we can and should help it along.

  • Well, taste and interpretations change everywhere; for a millenium Christians had no issues depicting Jesus Christ and numerous saints in painting and sculpture, then Martin Luther came along and decided it was idolatry.

    • Denominations that decided about that don't force other denominations to accept their will through terrorism. Also they don't go into war with other people, destroy their cities and places of worship and demand through slavery, death, rape and destruction that they stop with the iconography. Also they don't want to do a worldwide political/religious takeover, nor force people to submit to their will through the sword. Also all in all they aren't pedophiles freaks, nor rapist freaks, nor freaks freaks. Also they don't get butt hurt at the sight of an icon and bomb the place or go in with weapons to gun down every single person. I certainly have no fear of any denomination person that doesn't believe in iconography to the point where I have to get bodyguards in order to protect myself from them.

      Just sayin'...

      • I would only disagree with you on one point, Kimmy. Christians did indeed do everything you described. But they did it at least 500 years ago. NOONE practices their religion the identical way they did 500 years ago. And even now, what Quakers consider necessary for worship is a far cry from, say Greek Orthodox. But we don't kill each other over it!

      • I was confused by PDs statement. My ex is Lutheran, friends of mine are Lutheran. I've been to a Lutheran Church many times. I have seen pictures of Jesus in their church.

        • I'm Lutheran, as well -- but you gotta remember that Martin Luther did a lot of things in his life -- some utterly brilliant, and some that were awful. This is how a religion grows and matures -- it learns that some things are acceptable, and others are not. Unfortunately, can't say that about certain other religions, which is why they are still stuck in the seventh century.

    • Small difference: Lutherans don't shoot up magazine offices and wear suicide vests into train stations and fly airplanes into skyscrapers.

        Personally though I think it is a big difference and in important one at that.

        The point is that it wasn't a problem until it was a problem, but even when it became a problem the reaction to it being done is way too extreme.
