Let me see...Federal government land....and government of the people, by the people and for the people.....conclusion is that the land in question is our citizen's land period....
Really the land belongs to the United Nations as part of UN agenda 21, sustainable property in the interest of the tortoise...and for whatever reason the UN deems, as funded by our government ("people" remember) tax dollars. Time to send the UN from New York back to Russia where it came from.
Guarantee, the next step is to force the cattle off the land, do a study., which finds the tortoises are extinct, then it clears the way for Rory and his Chi-Com buddies to set up the solar farm.

That whole incident and this video give me a feeling of pride that I haven't felt since I was in the Airmen's Club at Lowery AFB, seeing the entire crowd singing along to Lee Greenwood's "God Bless the USA".
I have renewed hope that we will survive as the America I remember. There is a renewed feeling of WE the People, that will allow us to overcome the BS Socialist mentality of this administration.

Likely fresh-from-Mexico and Central America union labor. Beef is already at an all-time high and when that elastic demand shifts to chicken and other meats, those prices will shoot up too. Think of it as the cost of living in a fascist economy.

Then you will find people raising chickens in their back yards, planting vegetable gardens, and even raising fish in Aquaponics systems. If you insist on forcing the people to pay stupidly outrageous prices for food, in order to support the union structure, you will force them to stop buying their products.
Look at guns and ammo. Government hoarding has caused a run on reloading equipment and components. If you make us pay stupid prices and cut into the supply chain, we will find a way around you.

What can they do if everyone is growing for personal consumption, arrest the whole country?
The only ones I think that would be affected by this would be commercial farmers and co-ops/community farms, where a group of people farm patches of a larger area.
I'm just playing devil's advocate but taken to its absurd conclusion, the municipalities will either create or enforce existing ordinances preventing anyone from doing anything but the most basic agriculture. Livestock of any sort? No way. A tomato plant might be okay.
Well, it does depend on where you live. City limits, apartments, gated communities, no way, suburbs and rural areas, sure.
