The percentages to look at, if one were to bother to look at them at all, is not the color population percentages. What is the percentage of white Appalachians? Probably a lot less than their percentage of the population. What about Russian immigrants?
Before all you nose counters get into solving this crisis, I want you guys to get me an answer to this: find me the Great Greek Conspiracy. That would be the cabal that has managed through as yet unknown means to exclude not only black people, but Latinos, Polish, Russian, Italians, Norwegians, Irish, and countless others from owning diners in the NY-NJ-PA area (at least, probably an area a lot wider than that).
After all, how is it possible that only people of Greek descent own ALL the diners? In NJ, 18% should be owned each by Irish, Italian, and German people, and about 12% each by Black and Latino people.
So find the source of that obvious discrimination, and maybe then we can move on to environmental groups.

We have computers now. Let's figure out percentages of mixed race people. There are almost an infinte number of combinations. Let's categorize them all! 25% black/25% latin/50% white. 50% black/50% white. And what about the freakin' Asians? Why are we leaving them out? They're going to get self-esteem problems! What about 37.5% Asian/12.5%Black/12.5%Hispanic/25% white//12.5% Native American?

I grew up in a 1/3,1/3,1/3 +/- neighborhood of black/white/Hispanic. I have many black and Hispanic friends. One of my childhood black friend has been on of my business partners for over 35 years. We sit around and marvel at what destruction Obama and his merry band of racist idiots have done to the nation in less than 6 years. I think Obama has set race relations back a minimum of 60 years. He and the democrat fascists are making me look at everything through the prism of race and I hate that. My best guess is that it is on purpose to get decent and civilized people to react on a tribal basis.I hate to say it but it is working on me. I can't help but look at things through race and it makes me mad as hell. I can only shudder at what all this does to the average black American. Obama is a DIVIDER not a uniter. It doesn't fit the political agenda.
So are they suggesting we import endangered bird species to the Inner City?

Nature's biggest trait is that it's resilient!
Take away an animal's food supply or habitat and it faces the eternal question: Do you want to adapt or die? If it chooses the latter, then Nature shrugs, fills the gap and moves on.
(This is not to say that we can't really f*ck things up - like Chernobyl. But even then, Nature comes back eventually.)
