Natural result of liberal thinking. In Sweden, a judge has ruled it is not a crime to masturbate in public.

  • Sweden really needs to discuss this before things get out of hand. They need to debate the repercussions. En masse.

    • As far as PeeWee Herman goes, I will side with him on this point, & rememnber, this is BEFORE the explosion of internet porn...

He was in a porno theater, what the eff do you think goes on in porno theaters? He was doing what millions of people do in porno theaters, & got arrested. Now, if his conduct in that theater was illegal within the confines of that establishment, why was it even open for business? That's the point, & whatever you think of PeeWee, or pornography, if he was in a legal business where certain things go on, he should not have been arrested & charged for doing those things within the walls of that sort of legal business.

...if you are a younger person, the idea of porno theaters is totally foreign to you like 8 tracks & a telephone with a cord.

      • Younger person? Guess again. I played 8 tracks in high school. And we had one telephone in the house. On a cord, in the hall on a build-in telephone wooden holder that you had to stand up and talk. As far a porn theaters, I am aware of them and don't need a lesson on them. You misread my comment. It was a joke. Lighten up.

      • Like, my iPhone totally has a cord you know. It's like, for charging it and like, updating it or something. Now that 8 task thing, like, I dunno, like, what does it like do? Is it like a GPS or like something, or what?

    • Public masturbation would be considered lewd or lascivious conduct...

lewd and lascivious adj., adv. references to conduct which includes people living together who are known not to be married, entertainment which aims at arousing the libido or primarily sexual sensation, open solicitation for prostitution, or indecent exposure of genitalia (which is itself a crime). Due to the tendency of judges to be overly careful in writing about moral and/or sexual matters the definitions have been cloaked in old-fashioned modesty. Today the term usually applies to pornography, prostitution, and indecent acts.

...you would likely be placed onto a sex offender registry as well.

  • Can't believe I'm even going to comment on this crap, but it reminded me of something. As a kid (jr high) my friends and I had to walk over a viaduct to get to/from school. Many, many times there would be a man sitting in his car below gettin' jiggy with it just for us to watch, on purpose. The weird part, it wasn't always the same man... Eeew, anyway, we would throw rocks at them and they would scurry like crazy to get out of there. Now that was illegal!!
