NBC edits another tape. They apparently didn’t learn their lesson aftrer getting caught editing George Zimmerman’s 911 call. That one led to people getting fired. This time MSNBC edited a tape of Newton father Neil Heslin to make it look like gun rights advocates interrupted his testimony with heckling. They didn’t, but Martin Bashir played the edited tape and then started the discussion by saying, “A father’s grief, interrupted by the cries of a heckler.” Who gets fired this time? How about Mr. Bashir?

Sadly in my LOCAL news, NBC is by far the r\most accurate and deals with more interesting stories, so that's the one I usually watch. Too bad the national folk can't take some lessons from them.
I'm really curious if they covered this story on the local station, or did they pretend it didn't happen?
I would call them the National Enquirer of TV news, but they killed the John Edwards story from the top to bottom. I would also owe the NE an apology.
