NBC Nightly News finally mentions the name Jonathan Gruber. After a month of studiously ignoring it, after a month of craven obedience to their White House masters, on the very day of Gruber’s acrimonious grilling by a House committee, the peacock network finally breaks down and admits the story exists. Good journalism, guys, way to go.

The only way the Nothing But Communists Nightly News would have mentioned Gruber, would be as a hero standing up against the evil right wing racists trying to smear their beloved dear leader Quagmire.

This is exactly why Goober refers to the voters as stupid. They get their information from the MSM and therefore do not have a clue what is going on. ie Stupid voters.
Actually, he was referring to the LIBERAL voters (He certainly didn't realize it, otherwise he would have been more circumspect) as stupid. THEY are the ones who voted for this monstrosity, nobody in their right mind did. So, in a way, I agree with him. Liberal voters ARE stupid!!

Gruber, now pretending to be the contrite asshole, may be the exception that proves the rule. MIT has an opportunity to show some class and dismiss him for academic malfeasance. Unfortunately, there are two archaic roadblocks: tenure and unions. When Congress is through with him, he'll just disappear into academia and return to his true calling: poisoning the minds of students.
