• It appears the officer has taken "To serve and Protect" to an all new level. The serve is apparent, did he also protect as well.? I'm willing to bet that the claim " I was on my lunch break" is going to be heard before this all goes away.

    It's quite obvious that the "serve" is being applied by the officer, and we can only hope there is a condom involved to "protect."

• Hopefully this was consensual. Hopefully this is not a minor. Don't know if he is married or she is married and hence this could be an adulterous situation. The only issue with this for me without any other information, is that he was uniformed when he was doing this. When you are in uniform you are representing the institution in question, so it is not a good look to do this, even if they are both single consenting adults.
