The so called Leaders of Chicago are going to be pissed, when they lose they're "Murder Capital of the US" ranking.
So, what about the Progressive standard of 'disparate impact'? Ending stop and frisk will have an adverse effect on minority group members who are the primary victims of crimes committed by the youths who are currently being stopped and frisked, and is thus racist. If I were an ambitious NYC ambul...er, victim rights attorney, I'd be preparing the briefs right now.
