Someone probably mentioned it but Obama has said more than once that he wouldn't let his imaginary son play football so I am not surprised. I feel bad for Sasha and Malia... this imaginary son of Obama's, certainly that has to hurt a bit. I mean come on Obama at least stop with the son bit. It is grating on me and I am not even his daughter I can only imagine what his daughters may think. I feel that Democrats wanting to control everything like this is obviously a plan perhaps to feminize males to make them weak and less capable of intervening in the plans to come? Don't know... but otherwise it doesn't make sense. It seem capricious.
The thing is, his daughters were raised by him, and think that is how a man is supposed to act. They wouldn't know how to act with a real man.
How sad. I wouldn't be surprised if at least one of them ends up marrying a gay man...

It's even worse then the wussification factor I'm afraid. Organized sports like football teach teamwork, and instill pride in the players. Now the liberal control freaks can't have that happening now can they.
Teamwork is only permissible if it benefits the collective, pride is not permitted because it instills the idea that there is such a thing as individual exceptionalism, and there is no such thing in the world of participation trophies.
Not soccer, but in hockey, Al Arbour, who coached the NY Islanders to 4 straight Stanley Cups, who is a Hall Of Famer, & 1 of the greatest coaches in sports in my lifetime, ran an entire practice without pucks. Including a full squad scrimmage. Now he was pissed at things at what was or was not going right at the time.
As far as matthew's soccer story, its just like the "we don't keep score" leagues. Stupid as hell because despite what those who don't want hurt feelings, the kids ARE keeping score.

This is why I have no problem encouraging youngsters to learn how to shoot. Everyone I know in my age range that has kids is either teaching them to shoot, or trying to convince their wives to let them teach the kids, both boys and girls.

I noticed most of the kiddies were taught to fire short bursts from the full auto weapons.
If you are not firing a weapon with a 3 round burst selector switch, 3 to 5 round bursts are preferable to spray and pray.

It's true, chicks DO dig scars. My right leg gets LOTS of attention. In impromptu scar competitions, I have been beaten in the quantity category numerous times, but then mine does tricks, and I walk away victorious. And very lucky that I can still walk away.
