NJ Cop: We Don’t Have To Follow Constitution

• The entire police culture varies from state to state, city to city, officer to officer.
  This guy is an admitted Democrat, so I understand his stupidity.
  In NJ, there is no standardized training for how to deal with the public. Many cops are just let loose to do as they want. I came up against one "Robocop" wannabe that wanted to make his rep by ticketing anyone for anything. When I went to court for the BS ticket he gave me, the entire courtroom was filled with people that were there for tickets given by him. Before court, I tried to talk with the prosecutor about dropping the ticket, telling him I had pictures of the signs I supposedly violated. He refused, thinking that a college boy prosecutor would shred a truck driver in court. I went up and told the judge my story and said I had pictures of the scene and signs. He was almost giddy! I gave him the pictures and he looked at them and told me that I would be informed by mail as to his decision. Right there I knew I had won the case, and he was just sparing the cop and prosecutor the embarrassment of finding me not guilty in front of a courtroom full of people. A week later, I got a letter from the judge telling me I was found not guilty.

    • The problem is two fold, one is training or a serious lack of it, the second is a lot of these jerks get the "mother superior" attitude after a few years on the job. Like politicians they really believe they can do anything they want, damn the law and constitution. I ran into a lot of rookies when I was a training officer that had very little in the way of knowledge or common sense but they did have a lot of self esteem and also had the entitlement mentality..Now throw a gun and badge in on top of that and POOOF! you gets asshats like this New jersey cop. I told my wife, I am getting out of this soon....the number of asshats in this business is getting close to being 51 percent....I will retire, and open a nudie bar..:)

        • I think I mentioned it before (it's been a running joke for years) and most of the IHTM crowd volunteered for "bar duty"...Bouncer, security, talent scouts...:)

• He's just confirming what I've suspected for a while- that the Constitution has been all but officially nullified.... that'll happen after the Common Corpse system brainwashes a couple generations into seeing it as an out of date relic- then they will have engineered popular demand to do away with it. A glorious future awaits... glorious!

• All I got to do to understand this outrageous behavior is, believe it or not, to read the Bible. THIS right here... right HERE is a perfect example of "following the leader". We are doomed... sorry to say and we are veering into great disaster if we don't do something to get the tide the other way and that starts by electing righteous leaders.

  When the Kings of Israel were crazy and messed up and sinful, the leaders/judges/priests became corrupt and diseased and that trickled all the way down to the populace, once the great majority populace started acting like whores, guess what? Disaster. Every single time that happened, Israel got punished. Not just Israel either... it happened to every single major civilization/culture. Go and see find out what happened to Sodom and Gomorrah... guess what happened to the Babylonians and the Egyptians and the Greeks and yes where is the Roman Empire? Exactly.

  Whenever the Ruler/King kept it real, the leader/judges/priests kept it real and the people in turn kept it real. Whenever someone got out of line as everybody else was keeping it real, they got punished but Israel kept keeping it real and kept being blessed.

  It is only natural.

  If the Leader and all of those in power are corrupt and sinful it follows that everyone else (except for the remnant) becomes sinful and corrupt in turn and disaster eventually happens. We are just living ancient history all over again. We are just going through cycles.

  I am upset and mad at this ridiculous scene, but I cannot in any way shape nor form be surprised.

  Yes regardless of the idiot "rulers", these officers made a vow to uphold the law and the constitution, however, this is HUMAN NATURE. This is part of the natural order of the natural world. Without righteous leaders we are in big trouble.

• I guess I musta missed the part about the constitution no longer in effect cause President Lady Pants doesn't follow it..was there a directive from DOJ? Mnnnn I took an oath to uphold and defend the constitution of both the United States and the State of Kalifornia. I guess in Jersey these stupid pricks don't need no stinking constitution...I hope this man files a complaint against Officer Constitution and his partner Officer "you can see my fucking name", plus the supervisor that shoved this guy out the door...They all deserve to be at home, eating cheetos on a couch in mom's basement with NO fucking prospect of every being in Law Enforcement again.Talk about being embarrassed at the actions of really stupid cops. I wonder if these Einstein's ever had a class on the constitition in the academy.
