PH - if we could tax stupid we could retire the national debt inside 10 years. Hell, we have so much stupid we could export it and balance our trade deficits, too.
After watching a Jay Leno street interview it feels like the USA is the Saudi Arabia of stupid.

I hope it was a deserving person (or group of people) who will do well with the funds. Obama was hating on the lottery the other day, I thought that he would have liked 100% of the winnings to be reverted towards the government.
