North Korea says it has the ‘H-bomb of justice’ after nuclear test. Thanks to Bill Clinton the Norks now might have a hydrogen bomb. And soon, thanks to Obama, the Iranians will have an atomic one. But by all means our major concern should be punishing law abiding citizens exercising their Constitutionally guaranteed right to self defense at a time when the President is arming terrorists across the world and the importing them.

Pffff. This was done under team Clinton and look how long it took. Now, when their Iranians get their Hussein-bomb, with the full assistance of team Obama, THAT will be news.

From the yield, an H-Bomb is highly unlikely. It's probably a boosted fission device with a great deal of miniaturization compared to their previous systems. And the 1 MT yield that they reported is laughable. More likely in the tens of kilotons.
Still, puts them one step away from a true H-Bomb. I doubt they could deliver it to the US by conventional means, but they could hit Seoul or Japan, or stick it in a freighter for delivery to any world port.

Someone is seriously incompetent and it ain´t the USGS.
That's misleading. The 10 km depth is the default used by the USGS for all quakes until they can triangulate with other stations and refine the data enough to get an accurate estimate.
