Actually Pops, it's grammatically correct. The phrase is called a noun in construct and it requires the nunation (or the gloss or glide into the adjective and or in this case the adverb). The noun Allah ends with a letter called a tau marboota, a letter which is normally associated with feminine nouns and since Allah is no woman the masculine nunation requirement stands. I was an Arabic linguist for 18 years and an intel analyst for 25 and an intercept operator for 20. I admit that my Arabic sucks, but this is fairly basic grammar and even an old fart like me still remembers some of this crap.
