I'm thinking they're showing prices at a cut-rate just to get some fish drawn into their insidious scam net; soon as those poor bastards take the bait, the hook is yanked and they find out in the mail that the plan they thought they bought is no longer available, but for just a few hundred dollars more a month they can upgrade to this NEW plan...all without having to lift a finger. Pretty much what TRI-CARE has been forced to do with most of us retired veterans...all this to keep they're 70-year-old Ponzi scheme afloat and money coming into their coffers. Fucking thieves, all! They don't deserve the offices they hold and should all be thrown out, "lock," "stock," and "barrel!" (here, I include any politician who is more interested in his, or her portfolio, Gaia, globull warming clap-trap, eco-fascism, race baiting, insider trading, treason, sedition, you get the point).
After that, they and their lying lap-dog legacy media should all be perp-walked down main street America and unceremoniously hung like the thieving, lying, mongrel dogs that they are! That should prove to be a very clear indication to the next crew of "public servants" we put in office to represent us, that they work for us, on our dime and at our will and we didn't f***ing send them to Washington, D.C. to make special laws for their friends and enslave the rest of us. I think it's way past time for the public execution of every known progressive activist in the USA and it's territories, regardless of where they work, whether in or out of the system. They're all connected like f***ing Borg anyway! Treason isn't a joke, even if it's been quietly hiding under our very noses for the last one hundred years, or not and it should be forcefully and violently eradicated and it should be seen as such, so that the next group of collectivist proglidytes get a bird's eye view of just what's in store for them when they decide to destroy the US Constitution and mess with We The People.

However... I am in a conspiratory mood right now and I believe that someone or a group of people are doing this on purpose in order to wake the people up and put up the turd that is Obamacare out in the forefront.

They don't show premiums for smokers, or pre-existing conditions.
these are bare bones pricing, basically starting points for pricing a policy, it only goes up from there.
