I seem to recall hearing that we had 30 million uninsured Americans that and this bill was going to save them from death or financial ruin. It would seem to me that somewhere, 29 million STILL uninsured Americans are forming a line to sign up. At least somewhere there should be community activists, like Jesse and Al, preparing to march on Washington to make them fix this mess. Let's call it the 29 Million Uninsured Americans March. Where is the outrage?

George Bush's last one was 13488 (implying there had been 13,487 before that) and his first one was 13198 so he issued 291 altogether.
Obama's latest one was 13654 and his first one was 13489 so he's issued 166 so far.
Now, admittedly, there are some without numbers - I don't know why - and I don't know where they keep track of those so the numbers might be slightly off, but still...
