Why am I so surprised that a lying communist ass hat would renege upon the agreement? Leave it to the dip shits to increase the ability for the haters to go even further.
My sincerest wish is that North Korea has an "accident" and the whole country turns into a flaming mound of burning crap. And Kim Jung Ding Dong is the first one to burst into flames. Considering how fat burns, he could burn for a while.
