Actually, I'm not sure I am against thisparticular rule. Just like most states have a ratio of workers to munchkins. The profit margin in child care is razor thin, the parents can't always be there to make sure their kids are being supervised. Also, many "daycares" are family run, with minimal training required. Making sure the kids , are not being plopped in front of TV for hous on end, with an unending supply or juice boxes, or juice in a bottle for little ones is a goodidea.
I'm all for getting a GOOD day care for your kids, but I have to question the wisdom of having government dictate what is good.
Whatever infection the U.N brought to New York is quickly spreading through the whole city....
