• Its their job to keep an eye on threats to NY, what better way than watching them in your mirror

• So DeCommie has his own private storm troopers to protect his cronies, or are they around to shut them up should one of them spill the beans?

• Always look for the alternative reason for such on the surface idiotic moves. My best bet is that DeFascio wants an attack on NYC. Then he can blame the NYPD and/or tighten his control over the plebes there.
