O Duce Nominates Merrick Garland to Supreme Court: It isn’t exactly stacking the court in quite the same way as how FDR tried to do it, but a shift of this sort is chilling all the same. We hope the Senate will hold the line on this and give us some hope that the Supreme Court doesn’t become the Supremacist Court. But given how quickly McConnell folds when offered a pat on the head and a two billion dollar kick back we are prepared for the worst.

You are so right about that. That the first thing the MSM wants us to know about this fellow is that he is "moderate" tells me that he is anything but. And of course there is his record to consider which is, as you say, is very much against one of our most important rights.
