While running for president in 2008, then-Senator Obama said he would never issue such an ultimatum, but hey, that was two years earlier so this is a world record for Obama keeping his word.

This is an illegal order for the military.
That's why Quagmire want's all military personnel disarmed. One of them might follow the constitution he so hates, and take care of his traitorous ass.
