Obama Administration Sues Dollar General for Using Background Checks on Job Applicants: To be fair the Federal Government is leading from the front on this one. They too have suspended the use of background checks in hiring and now rely completely on the NSA to provide such information.

Gee, if you can't use a background check, how do you know if you're hiring someone that was arrested for stealing from their employer, or that he was an armed robber? Nobody with a half a brain would hire someone like that to run a cash register.
