    How does a judge get off saying that the practice of using a hidden camera is suddenly wrong just because it's managed to catch a huge national disgrace instead of a slightly crooked tire salesman in Wichita?

  • It always comes down to money. Always. We've become a freaking oligarchy. The executive and legislative branches are bought and paid for and the judicial branch is an extension of our two "parties" because it has been politicized. There should be no such thing as a conservative or liberal judge. Judges are there to uphold existing law and rule based on those laws. That is no longer the case.

    We have three supposed branches of government to ensure there are checks and balances to keep power in check. Checks and balances no longer exist and that will be the downfall of the system our founders sought to implement because now they're just making shit up as they go along. They're not interested in truth or justice, their goal is to engineer society in a way that they see fit. The goal is to divide us socially just enough to maintain the status quo. They emphasize and focus on social issues like income equality, discrimination, health care which they helped screw up, the middle class, which they both had a hand in dismantling, marriage rights, supposed racial profiling, crap like Cecil the lion just to distract from how clueless they are and how badly they have fvcked this country.

    Barack Obama and all his minions can rot in hell as well as NoBoehner, McConnell, McCain, Graham, etcetera. Both parties are complicit in fvcking this country up and I'm damn sick and tired of it.

    • "I feel your pain", but I disagree with your assessment regarding conservative judges. We actually need many more discerning, conservative, constitutional heroes at the bench! Most of the craptards graduating from some of our most prestigious law schools now and calling themselves liars, oops, I meant lawyers, are just more bottom feeding, carrion eaters, insurance cheats, fender bender barristers, drop and fall phonies, ambulance chasers, et alia. It shouldn't have to be this way, but look who we put in charge of the education of our children!!! We have gutless quisslings in charge of the GOP and if and when the shit hits the fan, they should be executed along with all the others traitors!

      • Well, Roberts was supposed to be a "conservative" judge and look how that worked out. You can't count on anyone, democrat or republican to adhere to the fundamentals that are the basis for this country's existence. They're all chameleons. Or mood rings, if you will. They change their color based on the prevailing political temperature or mood.

        I would agree with you if you could really count on a "conservative" behaving as a conservative but that is no longer the case.
