Seriously, how long has it been since we HAD a budget? This is how many delays now?
Maybe "Dear Leader" is trying to come up with a budget that both the house and the senate won't vote against 99 to zero.
A community organizer probably never submitted a budget, so he probably doesn't know how to do it. Another big surprise from someone who never should have been in the White House.

This guy is in the White House is everything we thought he was back in 2008: lazy, incompetent, inexperienced, and uncaring. He never gets his required work done on time. From now until April, every time the president gives a speech the Republicans should publicly tell him to shut up until he gets his budget work done.
