Back in December, CBS News reported that Meckler had,

Mr. Meckler was taken to jail in Queens County in handcuffs that day, according to his website (see below).
While I was waiting for the assigned courtroom for the Meckler case to open at the Queens County, NY, Criminal Court Building this morning, a young man outside the courtroom spoke with me about the judge, the Hon. Dorothy Chin-Brandt.
"This judge here doesn't play."
But Mark Meckler's attorney, Brian Stapleton, had negotiated a deal with the prosecution to plead guilty on one charge, while others were dismissed. Judge Chin-Brandt, ruled that Mr. Meckler should pay a $250 fine and $120 in court costs. The judge stated that he had to avoid further charges for one year, so I assume he is on some kind of one year's probation. She also stated a new violation within that year could or would result in a multi-year criminal sentence.

Sitting near Mr. Meckler this morning before his appearance before the judge, I identified myself and talked to him about Tea Party Nation having written an article urging a boycott of tourism in New York because of this harsh law that resulted in his - and others' - arrests. Meckler replied, "They're a lot of good people in New York."
Considering the Tea Party Patriot co-founder minutes later would be told he just was required to pay a fine and then go free - and didn't have to stand trial or get sentenced to long jail time - New York people were fairly good to Mark Meckler today. Yet New York's seizing his gun is something that doesn't happen in what I like to call "The Real America," the land west of the Hudson River and east of the California-Oregon-Washington State borders. “Big Sis” isn’t just in charge of terrorism, immigration laws, securing our borders and disasters anymore. Janet Napolitano has been assigned a new job, which definitely wasn’t on her job description. She’s the new watchdog now who is monitoring our freedom of speech – the department of Homeland Security has written permission to retain data on users of social media and online networking platforms.
Here’s the information from the Department of Homeland Security, January 7, 2012. Under the National Operations Center (NOC)’s Media Monitoring Initiative that came out of DHS headquarters in November, stating that Washington has the written permission to retain data on users of social media and online networking platforms.
Americans darn sure didn’t give Napolitano written permission to create a new center to monitor our social media. So who’s the culprit in Washington that gave permission to Napolitano?
Janet Napolitano has failed miserably in performing her duty as Secretary of Homeland Security. In 2009 she traveled with Eric Holder to Cuernavaca, Mexico. Here’s a blip from the office of the Press in 2009 about the upcoming trip. “The trip will highlight Secretary Napolitano's recent announcements that DHS will shift resources to the U.S.-Mexico border to better support ongoing efforts to quell the southbound gun and money trafficking that fuels cartel violence. “
In a speech to Attorney General Medina Mora and Secretary of Government Gomez Mont she detailed and layed out DHS part in monitoring the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation. In October 2011 under oath she said, “She has never spoken with Attorney General Eric Holder about "Fast and Furious.” Another day - Another lie!
Napolitano actually helped Eric Holder craft the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation in April of 2009. Holder and Napolitano launched the operation in a speech to Mexican officials in Cuernavaca, Mexico. This is the speech by Holder as posted on the DOJ website:

Here is what the sheriff of the year, Arizona's Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu said about Napolitano’s mishandling of our illegal alien problem and the drug cartels. “Why isn’t the secretary of Homeland Security speaking to these threats?” Babeu asked in a telephone interview with CNSNews.com. “Why does she keep trying to convince us through argument that everything is just fine to the point that she’s trying to hypnotize us into believing this crap.”
Mexico’s Attorney General Marisela Morales feels just like most Americans that Obama is connected to the Fast and Furious operation and she called the operation an attack on Mexican security.
Not one of the “triplets” Obama, Holder or Napolitano seem to care if two of our border agents were murdered by the gun walking scandal and hundreds if not thousands of innocent Mexicans have been murdered.
Napolitano can’t fulfill her original duties as Secretary of Homeland Security and yet she’s been assigned a new job by Obama to retain data on users of social media and online networking platforms. This is but one more infringement on our rights and freedom of speech.
Like Eric Holder, the Secretary of Homeland Security (Janet Napolitano) will lie under oath and lie on National TV and slither away from her responsibilities to secure and protect our borders.
Obama, Holder and Napolitano are despots wanting to fundamentally change our Nation via big Government. They want absolute control and rule of our beautiful America and all those living in the “land of the free.” Patrick Henry expresses my sentiments exactly.

Waukesha County, WI - A Waukesha County judge today ruled the Government Accountability Board has to verify signatures on recall petitions against the Governor. The GAB now has to look for bogus names on recall petitions duplicate names and check if a signature is from a valid voter.
GAB Director Kevin Kennedy says they have some re-organizing to do. He said, "We'll go back and look at the procedures to instruct the staff to do what's in line with the court order."
Joe Olson, Friends of Scott Walker said, "I think the court made a very firm statement. The integrity of this process matters and the GAB has to take affirmative steps in assuring that valid signatures are the only signatures counted."

If you had missed it, earlier the GAB had announced it would accept all names as valid unless there was something very specific, like an out of state address. Some petitions were signed Adolf Hitler and Mickey Mouse.
The GAB had said it would be up to the campaign to challenge specific signatures.
In other words, the GAB was doing everything it could to help Scott Walker’s opponents get enough signatures for a recall election.
If the GAB follows the Court’s order, it will become much more difficult for those pushing for a recall to get enough signatures to trigger a recall election. Of course, we are talking about liberals here and fair elections and following the law, when it does not help them, is not something liberals are very keen on.
The battle in Wisconsin is far from over.

The next few days “Little Tboca” will concentrate on the overall picture of our fallen economy starting back in 2009 and coming forward to 2012. First, let’s look at a couple of words and their definitions.
Traitor – according to Merriam Webster is one who commits treason or one who betrays another's trust or is false to an obligation or duty.
Terrorist - the systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion (to achieve by force or threat.)
The next few weeks political correctness will be placed in the ancient history shelves, because political correctness has no place in the next few articles from Little Tboca.

It’s past time for all Americans to overcome their complacent attitudes concerning our corrupt Government; we need to quit dawdling in our own little private comfort zones, quit bitching, complaining and wallowing in our personal problems.
It’s time to call a “spade,” a spade! We have in our midst a person who has betrayed our trust dressed up in designer clothes with manicured nails and a teleprompter. This person took office in 2009, but prior to that his puppeteers had rolled out his agenda and like a good puppet he’s never missed a beat or varied from his marching orders.
Some questioned his legitimacy, his legal citizenship, his work history, his ability to be our Commander in Chief, but no one including Republicans, senior citizens, taxpayers or our youth did one thing but complain.
So what we see is pretty much we get – we have a man who has brought our Nation to its knees. First, he promised us a rose garden and wrapped it up in a big package with a pretty bow that included jobs, help with our foreclosures, securing our borders, downsizing the Government and protecting our rights and freedoms.
The gift he gave us was a fallen economy with 14 million unemployed and an increased debt of 5 trillion dollars. Up until 2011, most of his devious actions were behind closed doors, but he’s finally come out of the closet in 2012.
Next, he attacked our pocketbooks, our savings, our retirements and stole 787 billion dollars of our money calling it a stimulus bill. He used our money for “redistribution” paying off his big bundlers, the Unions, some car companies, a basketful of corrupt lenders and a large part of our money went to Corporations who in turn promised to support his 2012 Presidential Campaign. Americans were the beneficiaries of a 4 trillion dollar tab charged on our credit card.
During the past three years, he’s surrounded himself with Czars, Muslims, and the Muslim Brotherhood while wining and dining the Democratic Base. The Liberal News Media, Pelosi, Reid, and many Democrats were totally devoured by this person and they sold their souls to the “devil.”
He’s aligned himself with the Muslim Brotherhood and is helping them take over Egypt, Libya, Tunisia and other Middle Eastern Countries; he’s a bed partner with Soros, Code Pike, Bill Ayers and a multitude of others who want to destroy our Nation.
Today, he’s not just campaigning in Ohio – he went there on a mission to place Richard Cordray in charge of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, which in layman’s terms isn’t a “watchdog” bureau to protect our interests, but a bureau that will regulate all consumer interests. This is one more thing big brother Government has done while we were sleeping – we’re losing our freedoms and rights as we speak.
He’s planning on moving more appointees into the White House within the next few days or week trying to appease the Unions by adding some more appointees to the National Labor Regulations Board.
This person has betrayed out trust and isn’t fulfilling his obligations and duties to our Country. He’s attacked Congress and created an explosive political environment between Republicans and Democrats. He is America’s enemy and the past three years he’s been playing a deadly game of Texas Hold’em with all of us.

Obama – the Authentic Saul Alinsky Radical

This is the third article on our Nation’s fallen economy as mentioned before we have what I refer to as a traitor and dictator in the White House. He has refused to honor his Constitutional duties. He took an oath to "preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Obama hasn’t preserved, protected or defended our Constitution at any time since he took office in 2009; he has betrayed us.

Dictator – definitely fits Obama, he rules by coercion and force. His defiance of the laws of our Nation have surfaced starting with the stimulus bill, Obamacare, support of EPA, Unions, Solyndra and other green companies, the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation, the war in Libya, terrorist in Gitmo and most recently downgrading our Military.
Now he wants to punish us more by raising the debt ceiling 1.2 trillion dollars, because his goal is to totally destroy our financial system. What he is doing is treason against Americans and our beautiful America and John Boehner and the “Old Republican Establishment” won’t stand up and fight for our Nation. They’re weak kneed selfish and totally content to rake in their salaries and enjoy their perks.
There are four people that come to mind immediately who are fighting to “take back our Country,” Marco Rubio, Allen West, Steve Wynn and Newt Gingrich.
Marco Rubio wrote a letter to President Obama stating, "Unfortunately, the first three years of your presidency have been a profile in leadership failure." He further states, “I will oppose your request to continue borrowing and spending recklessly.” Marco realizes Obama is trying to destroy our Nation via excessive spending and he is ready to stand toe to toe with Obama and fight for all Americans.
Allen West’s comments from his facebook notes. President Obama’s comments at the CBC dinner Saturday evening telling the black community to “stop complaining” were disrespectful and reprehensible. With unemployment in the black community at 16.7 percent, food stamp enrollment up, and our national poverty rate at epic proportion, the people have a constitutional right to redress their grievances to the government. If President Obama believes he is above criticism and reproach for his failed economic policies, then he should either change his policies or step down. Regardless, as a Member of the Congressional Black Caucus, I admonish President Barack Hussein Obama to apologize to America for his callous remarks.
Steve Wynn said, "This administration is the greatest wet blanket to business, and progress and job creation in my lifetime," Wynn said. "The guy [Obama] keeps making speeches about redistribution, and maybe we ought to do something to businesses that don't invest or hold too much money. We haven't heard that kind of talk except from pure socialists." Wynn said businesses are frightened to death, because of Obama’s weird political philosophy.
Newt Gingrich said it all at a recent Iowa speech, “President Obama is legitimately and authentically a Saul Alinsky radical.” Obama follows Saul Alinsky’s metholodgy literally letter by letter. He has spent the last three years preparing for the 2012 Presidential Election; now we know what a community organizer does.
He’s been hobnobbing with special interest groups, Unions, volunteers, our youth and even the corner gangs like the Wall Street Protestors. First he sold himself to these groups, including the Hispanics, African Americans and Gays as a person who cares about their health and welfare; after gaining their confidence he engaged the mechanism called class welfare.
Class welfare is used to keep America divided and he will continue building resentment against the wealthy, the Republicans, Bush, God and the tea party organizations and anyone else who does not agree with his ideology. His followers will rue the day they followed this person – if they vote him in for another four years, they will be digging ditches and begging for crumbs. America is broke!
Obama does not want to balance the budget, cut back on any discretionary spending or reduce our National Deficit. He doesn’t want to put America back to work again and he wants businesses to continue to fail. Obama is changing America fundamentally and this change will bring America to her knees.

Obama‘s Betrayal to Our Nation

Treason - violation or betrayal of the allegiance that a person owes his sovereign or his country, esp. by attempting to overthrow the government; high treason. So possibly the operative questions that would help Americans decide if Obama has been loyal and faithful to America would be; (1) “Is America really his country, and (2) If America is his country, why hasn’t he shown allegiance to the USA?
The past three years, Obama has betrayed Americans and committed many acts that in fact are treasonous, because he has not shown allegiance to Americans or their Country. He has
appointed a total of four different appointments claiming the Congress was in recess and that’s a blatant lie; Congress wasn’t in recess.
His motive was to spend more of taxpayers’ money with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and to empower Government to take more freedoms and rights away consumers and businesses. This bureau if it remains in power is like a loose cannon with little if any Congressional oversight and it’s costing taxpayer’s millions of dollars and not even up and running yet.
Lobbyists like CFL (Center for Responsible Lending) and Americans for Financial Reform includes some important players, including AARP, the AFL-CIO, the American Federation of State Municipal and County Employees and SIEU are all in favor of the new bureau – another red flag shows its ugly head.
His next three recess appointees (remember Congress wasn’t in recess) was to appease the Unions who have been rather displeased with him for nixing the Keystone Pipeline. He needs their votes, money and this move was to empower the Unions so they can continue badgering large companies like Boeing, small businesses, non-union employees and Governors like Scott Walker and Governor John Kasich.
His recess appointees to the National Labor Review Board are three very dangerous people, Sharon Block, Terence Flynn and Richard Griffin. Obama calls these three qualified public servants, what a laugh!
Deputy Labor Secretary Sharon Block, Flynn and Griffin are the chief counsel to NLRB Board Member Brian Hayes and the general counsel for the International Union of Operating Engineers. So do you really think businesses stand a chance of getting a fair shot?
Ideology over leadership establishes the reasons Obama has aggressively attacked our Nation; he has jeopardized our safety, supported enemies of our Country and tried to divide our Nation via class warfare.
Obama has used his power to jeopardize the safety of the people in our Country – look at his stance on Gitmo, the Fort Hood Massacre, the illegal alien problems, the Fast and Furious gunrunner operation that has killed 2 of our Agents and 100’s of innocent Hispanic men women and children. His latest attack is on our Military.
Providing aid to enemies of our country - Remember he’s backing the Muslim Brotherhood in the Middle Eastern Countries and encouraging the Wall Street Protestors in our Country. He removed all our troops from Iraq, which is one more signal for Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood to make their move.
Obama is actually using class warfare to turn many people against their fellow citizens - he’s concentrating on the middle class now along with Hispanics and African Americans blaming the Republicans and wealthy for his fallen economic policies. Obama is preying on those who have suffered the most during this recession; he’s back to the “Hope and Change” 2008 campaign.
The writing is on the wall concerning Barack Obama and his aggression against America established two very important things; (1) America isn’t his Country, and (2) He has committed treason against the United States of America.
In closing, we’re fighting a “dictator” on our turf and 2012 must be the year that Obama is exposed for his treasonous ways. Anyone who would back the Muslim Brotherhood, encourage the Unions to attack the non - Union companies and employees, reduce our Military power, increase spending and run a Presidential Campaign on nothing but lies and political propaganda is our enemy.

.General Motors stock (NYSE: GM) finished 2011 down 46.1% – the absolute worst car or car-related product stock on the board. Besting (so to speak) the second worst by 4.5%.
And GM’s unprofitable, unpopular, combustible electric Chevy Volt was a ‘Worst Product Flop of 2011’ winner.

Marco Rubio, the Senator from Florida has an amazing habit of nailing it.
He just sent a letter to Barack Obama and he nailed it again.

Rubio pledged that he would challenge any further increase in the debt limit, arguing that “we [Congress] need to make it routine to actually spend no more than we take in.” In the letter obtained by HUMAN EVENTS, the Florida Senator said that President Obama’s upcoming appeal to increase the debt ceiling by a whopping $1.2 trillion will cause the nation’s public debt to surpass the $16 trillion mark. “I will oppose your request to continue borrowing and spending recklessly.” President Obama is expected to ask for new borrowing power from Congress once the Senate and House return from their holiday recess. If the President led the charge to reduce the country’s unsustainable debt in mid 2011 rather than punt the enterprise to a “Super Committee,” asserted Rubio, we’d already be on a pathway toward economic growth and prosperity. "Unfortunately, the first three years of your presidency have been a profile in leadership failure."
