He told delegates that 800 million men, women and children scrape by on less than $1.25 a day and that billions of people are at risk of dying from preventable diseases. He called it a “moral outrage” that many children are just one mosquito bite away from death.
Funny he has no “moral outrage” over babies one scalpel cut away from death.

I have my own moral outrage over people who spend yet even more money they don't have! I weep at the fact I may indeed live long enough to see this Country owe a Quadrillion dollars in debt.

With Boehner gone and hopefully a conservative about to become Speaker. I'd say Obama will have difficulty getting any funding for this boondoggle. Same goes for the other "donor" countries. Just more BHO BS as he jockeys to become UN General Secretary some day.
