Ok, here's a question. If Obama is found to be an imposter, not just by us, but by the courts, and Congress, and is tossed out because he's not a natural born citizen, and all the laws he's signed, executive orders he's signed, are all null and void,.......would a criminal he's pardoned be put back in jail?

What happens then? The currently-criminal drug dealers are not, by and large, in the business because they are enthusiastic libertarian businessmen making a bold political statement for a free market, they are not urban Ragnar Danneskolds.
They are in the business because it is a cool, easy way to make big money: both of which are consequences of the illegality of the trade. If you legalize everything tomorrow (and would you legalize everything?), do you think these drug lords are going to turn into Mr Gower of Bedford Falls? No. They are simply going to find the next illegal trade to turn to.
Yes, the Volstead Act & Prohibition made the Mob what it is, but 1) the Mob was there before, and 2) the Mob is still here. (Prohibition is usually the favorite false analogy floated by "legalizers.") For that matter, moonshiners are still with us.
And to anticipate what is usually the next argument, after 3 or 4 thousand years of Hammurabi's Code and the Ten Commandments, we have failed to eliminate murder and robbery. Is that an argument that laws against them are stupid failures and should be repealed? Should we acknowledge that the War on Rape is a failure too, and stop considering rape a crime?
Mind you, I AM open to the idea of legalization to some degree, but bad arguments in favor of something are just counterproductive.

Every commie president since Carter has commuted the sentences of one despicable group of individuals after another, especially after they've been caught with their pants down around their ankles. I think it's their way of giving us the middle finger, but if I'm not mistaken, Obutthead has already done that very thing.
