Obama’s energy loan scandals will finally get their day in court. There’s no hope that Eric Holder will ever bring criminal charges but maybe this lawsuit will air the Obama administration’s dirty laundry in civil court. We can only hope.

I was going to comment on the improbability of any of this information every getting to the public lemmings, but that seems to be the opinion of everyone who has already posted. Even if the "laundry" is aired in public court, who is going to publicize it???

IHTM, Breibart, and FOX....in other words, it will be completely ignored.
Those guys are just conservative lunatics anyways.
You forgot to add God fearing, gun toting, red blooded American to your lunacy theory. (snicker)
Corporate greed pales in comparison to government greed.
They are one in the same and play on the brainwashed stupidity of people like you who still think that the people control this country.
Then why don't you move.....If this country is a total waste of time, drag your sorry welfare collecting ass to another country, I Englandistain is wonderful this time of year and they take anybody...
Well, they won't take Piers Morgan, and I suspect they won't tolerate this asshole for long.
Just claim to be a Muslim.
I blame liberal greed.
Put the 2 together, & you got you some classic fascism.
None of this info will ever see the light of day.
The hearings will be closed, the files redacted, and Obama protected.
You can't close a civil trial. This will be in open court. That's why I like it - the dirty laundry will get aired whether Obama wants it aired or not. The only question is whether the media will cover it.
Most likely not. Especially when the plaintiff starts with the discovery process, and the defendant refuses to comply. That would look bad for Mr. Prez, and we can't do that.
Well, I'm not a lawyer, but if there's no national security issues involved they will have to either comply or hope the judge dismisses the lawsuits, right? And sovereign immunity won't apply if the plaintiffs can show malfeasance by officials. Being the Obama administration, they won't be above destroying evidence, but in today's bureaucratic quagmire it's very difficult to do that. Computers have backups and RAID disks and emails are being copied to multiple recipients and you'd be a fool to try to detroy evidence.
I wonder what the Judge's price will be?
A hooker and a box of Cuban cigars.
Secret Service can deliver those within minutes.
I see two or three chances that these lawsuits could succeed, slim, none and fat.
Agreed. As long as the plunder is sanctioned by gov't & those in charge, they will get no punishment.
